Consultation

During an initial consultation we will discuss what has brought you and/or your family to counselling, your expectations of counselling, the practicalities of the session, and it also gives us the opportunity to see if we can work together.

It’s quite natural to feel anxious and/or nervous about an initial meeting but my aim is to try and make you feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible.

Availability

I currently offer private sessions from Newlands Park Natural Health Centre in Sydenham on Tuesday, Fridays and Saturdays.

Fees

My fees are £50 per session, each session lasts 50 minutes and we would usually meet once a week.

I have a small number of sessions available at a subsidised rate for families on a low income, please contact me for further information.
